Kids Week In Crieff Trail visits Auchterarder in October

KWIC trail

The Auchterarder Community Sports and Recreation team and Auchterarder Core Paths group are welcoming Kids' Week In Crieff (KWIC) to the Western Road Park!

KWIC are splitting up their existing trail in order to create 4 mini #kwictrails for everyone to visit and the #kwictrail is visiting the Auchterarder Primrose Park, Western Road. Our Superheros and Princesses trail will be set up and ready for viewing from Saturday 3rd October 2020, 12 noon.

The entire 34 characters that make up the trail was previously situated with MacRosty Park in Crieff in June, July and August, and with popular request the trail was left up for September as well.

Angela Baker from KWIC explained about the trail

“The original characters are hand made and painted by the committee with the help of some sawing brawn from Rob, although we've understandably had a couple of charter losses due to weather and so on. However, with extra funding from The Supporting Communities Fund which were allocated by Remake Scotland, we have been hard at work to bring you MORE characters to add to the collection!“
