Participation in sport, leisure and recreation activities can be strenuous and so before attending any new session, activity or event promoted within acsr.org.uk you agree to assess your own physical activity readiness.  After this, should you take part in an activity, you take responsibility for any injury you or your child(ren) sustains and understand that you or your child participate at your own risk.
