Thank you for signing your child(ren) up to ACSR’s ‘Summer Session, 2021’ programme. We hope the programme was enjoyable and that it provided the opportunity to experience some new sports / activities.

We are requesting your help by providing some feedback to help us to learn from our programme - to make any future activities as assessible and enjoyable as possible and to try and ensure we are continuing to meet the requirements of our local community.

ACSR is hoping to upgrade the park by improving the 'Play Park' and by adding 'Mountain Bike Trails' and a 'Pump Track' (a cycling track). Would your child(ren) / family use these new/improved facilities?
